Terms and Conditions for Monthly Recurring Contributions

1. Membership Definition:
Membership in the Utah County Democratic Party (UCDP) is a paid benefit available exclusively to individuals who transact with the UCDP through Neon Pay. This membership funds the vision, goals, and events of the UCDP. It is distinct from voter registration or political affiliation.

2. Recurring Membership Contributions:
Membership is established through a monthly recurring contribution, which will automatically renew each month until canceled by the member. Plans and contributions must be canceled through Neon Pay, our payment processor. Members can manage accounts and contribution amounts here: https://utcountydems.app.neoncrm.com/login ​

3. Cancellation Policy:
Memberships are non-refundable. Members may cancel their recurring donation at any time. Once a cancellation is processed, either voluntarily or non-payment, all membership benefits will cease immediately.

4. Changes to Membership Plans:
UCDP reserves the right to change membership plans, tiers, and associated benefits at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

5. Acknowledgment:
By participating in the recurring donation program, members acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
